# Inclement Weather

On occasion, severe weather conditions may make it unsafe to be on or travel to/from the field placement site. Seneca may close campuses if the weather conditions are severe enough to make it unsafe to be on or travel to campus.  If Seneca ever needs to close due to inclement weather, students are still expected to follow the hours of operation and attendance expectations of their field placement site. Students will arrange with their Field Mentor and Field Placement Coordinator about an alternate day to attend to make up the missed hours.

If students feel that road conditions are too poor for travel to or from the field placement site, they must contact their Field Mentor and Field Placement Coordinator as soon as possible. Students will arrange with their Field Mentor and Field Placement Coordinator about an alternate day to attend to make up the missed hours.
