# Name Change

Official Seneca Polytechnic documentation, such as transcripts and diplomas, use your full legal name as shown in [Student Home](https://studenterp.senecacollege.ca/psp/ps/?cmd=login).

Along with the spelling of your name, please verify that capitalization, spacing and punctuation are also correct.

To update your information, you must:

1. 1. Select the **Profile tile** and then **Add Name**.

1. Select the **Name Type** you would like to change.

1. Input your name details.

1. Upload supporting documentation.

1. Save.
