# Step 4.1: Online Asynchronous (OA)

You will receive an email from the Centre for Flexible Learning \(cFLEX\) with detailed instructions on how to access your course\(s\) and login details to the OntarioLearn portal. The email is sent from online@senecapolytechnic.ca to your Seneca student email. You can expect this email on the course start date, or within 2 business days if you’ve registered on/after the start date. If you need assistance, email online@senecapolytechnic.ca.

If you have not received your Welcome Email, check your Spam/Junk Mail in both your personal and Seneca emails. Once you have checked that and do not have the Welcome Email, you should contact the Centre for Flexible Learning at online@senecapolytechnic.ca or 416-764-9900 \(press 1 when prompted\).
