# How to purchase

MultiPass permits can be purchased through Honk zone [3800](https://parking.honkmobile.com/hourly/zones/3800) in the [HonkMobile app](https://www.honkmobile.com/download/).

# How to use

Open your HonkMobile app

Open the Hamburger Menu and select "Sessions"

Select your HonkPass

Click "Redeem 1 Pass"

# FAQs

#### If I don't use my entire MultiPass can I have a refund for the rest?

No, MultiPass permits are not refundable.  If you think you may not use the whole permit, please purchase a smaller pack or choose a different parking option.

#### I have an extra pass on my MultiPass, can I give it to my friend?

Yes! You will need to activate the parking from your app using your friend's license plate.
