    Note: these items will not be provided by the residence.

    Bedroom

    • Bed linens (double size)
    • Pillows
    • Alarm clock

    Note: your residence bed is provided with a mattress pad and bed bug cover. A preventative maintenance program for bed bugs is in place.

    Washroom (shared with your roommate)

    • Shower curtain
    • Cleaning Supplies
    • Toilet paper
    • Toiletries – soap, shampoo, bodywash, etc.
    • Towels

    Suite kitchenette

    Note: only appliances that are CSA approved with no open heating element are approved for use in residence.

    • Cookware
    • Cutlery
    • Dishes
    • Pots and pans
    • Toaster oven
    • Coffee pot
    • Tea kettle
    • Dishtowels and dish soap

    Miscellaneous

    • Moving cart  or dolly for move-in day
    • Insurance protection for your property
    • Laundry basket and detergent
    • Personal identification (health card, driver’s license, etc.)
    • First Aid Kit
    • Cleaning supplies
    • Small fan
    • Computer with surge protection power bar
