Description: Step away from the busy school day and experience deep rest through Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice that promotes full-body relaxation and mental stillness. You’ll be gently guided through breath awareness and visualization while resting comfortably in a reclined position. This session requires no movement or yoga experience—just a willingness to slow down, breathe, and let go.
