NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) session. This self-guided experience uses an audio track to help you unwind, reset, and improve focus through deep relaxation. Simply lie back, close your eyes, and follow the calming voice as you drift into a state of rest and renewal. Perfect for reducing stress, improving sleep quality, or taking a mindful break during your day.
