It's Wellness Week and Heart Month! Come join us on Tuesday, February 11, from 2:30-3:30 PM for a peaceful yoga session by candlelight. Yoga is known for its ability to relax both the body and mind, which is especially beneficial for heart health. ๐Ÿ’— 
In addition to reducing stress, yoga can help lower blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and heart rateโ€”all great for your heart! ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’— 
After the session, we'll be holding a draw for a lucky participant to win a gift with some soothing items to take home.
