Resolving academic issues before the break
Grades will be released on Thursday, December 18 at approximately 9 a.m. If you have questions or need to resolve academic issues, Thursday, December 18 and Friday, December 19 are key dates to start the process.
The Service Hub and academic areas will be available until Friday, December 19 at 5:00 p.m. for you to access before the holiday break. The Service Hub is your first point of contact and triage for all enquiries. To get in touch please contact:

If you have an existing ticket with The Service Hub and would like to check the status of your case, follow these steps:
Go to The Service Hub portal, then select Log in
Log in using your Seneca email and password
Select My Services > My Cases. The status of any cases you have open will be shown in the "Status" column
Academic advisement and support to resolve academic issues will continue after we reopen on Monday, January 5.

During the holiday closure, you will still be able to access:
