How to Book an Appointment in the Learning Centres | Learning Centres | Seneca Students

Want to know how to book a session with a tutor or academic coach using our online appointment booking system? It's easy! Follow along with the video below or view the "How to Book Appointments at the Learning Centres" file attached below.

Written instructions for mobile view:

1. Go to https://seneca.accudemia.net/
2. Click on the blue "+" button on the write hand side of the screen.  
3. Click on the campus for in-person appointments or "Online Learning Centre" for online appointments.
4. Click on the type of support you are looking for.
5. View the schedule of tutors, dates and times for the appointment.
6. Click the green button for the time slot you prefer.
7. Verify the date and time, and click "Confirm".
8. Once confirmed, a green checkmark will appear. You will receive a confirmation email with the appointment time.
