Seneca is collecting information in the Registration process under the legal authority of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, and in compliance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, for the purposes of the Test Centre registration process and where required, to facilitate approved student accommodations.
