Invigilation for non-Seneca students | Test Centres | Seneca Students

Seneca Test Centres provides invigilation services for non-Seneca students who are taking distance and certification courses with other institutions or agencies. 

If you are a non-Seneca student writing exams at Seneca, you are responsible for ensuring that the correct procedures are followed for your home institution, along with the following:

• receive agreement and acceptance from your home institution in recognizing Seneca’s Test Centre as a proctor of your exam 
• Contact Us at the Seneca Test Centre location with your name, home institution, date(s) and times(s) you wish to write your exam. Use "External Invigilation" and include the Test Centre campus location you would like to test at as the subject line.
• once you receive email confirmation from Seneca’s Test Centre, forward this confirmation to your home institution and include the contact information for the Test Centre campus location you will be using; this allows your exam(s) to be sent to the correct Test Centre location
• ensure you have read through our Testing procedures prior to your scheduled exam date and time

There is a non-transferable invigilation fee of $100 per student, per exam. Test payment is due upon arrival, payable by debit/credit. Please note that the name on the payment card must correspond to the test taker.
