Connect with our services if you have a temporary or permanent disability as defined by the Ontario Human Rights Code. These may include:

    - Learning Disabilities (ADD, ADHD)

    - Mental Health Disabilities

    - Medical Disabilities

    - Temporary Disabilities (concussion, injury or surgery)

    - Acquired Brain Injury

    - Blind and Low Vision

    - Deaf, Deafened and Hard of Hearing

    - Mobility or Physical Impairments

You will need to provide documentation such as a psycho-educational assessment or functional limitation assessment form (medical certificate).
