Assistive Technology at Seneca Polytechnic

Dragon 16 is a speech recognition software that converts voice to text, helping users write faster and more efficiently. It supports voice commands for document control, reducing the need for typing. With high accuracy and customization, Dragon enhances productivity and accessibility.

Inspiration 11 helps users organize and express ideas visually through mind maps, diagrams, and outlines. It offers tools for brainstorming, citations, and project planning, along with 150+ templates. Users can easily transfer their visual work into written outlines or presentations.

Read&Write 12 is a literacy support tool that aids reading, writing, and comprehension. It features text-to-speech, word prediction, highlighting, and summarizing tools to support independent learning. The software helps students organize information and build stronger language skills.
