Accessible Learning and Personal Counselling Services Presents:

Koru Mindfulness for Wellness: A 4-Week Online Mindfulness Group

A free-of-charge mindfulness group led by counsellor Cheryl Mitri for Seneca students registered with Accessible Learning and Counselling Services looking to manage anxiety and decrease stress, build self-awareness and focus, and relax the body-mind.  Space is limited to 15 students and folks must be willing to commit to all 4 sessions.

Program Registration Bonus: Koru App Fee of $ 3.99 will be covered by Accessibility Learning and Personal Counselling Services- giving you lifetime access to the mindfulness techniques taught in this course!

Dates: Tuesdays, March 5th – 26th  
Times: 1:45pm – 3pm
"Location": A Zoom link will be sent to all registrants in advance of class.

In order to participate in the Mindfulness program, students will be asked to set up a Koru account and download the App using their Seneca email address and a phone number. Once downloaded the App enables students to provide class and “meditation tracking” feedback to the Seneca Mindfulness teacher, as well as receive supportive feedback, in a private and secure manner.  When setting up their account, students will be required to agree to Koru’s Terms of Use and consent to Koru’s collection and use of their information in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
