    Your MyCreds account is first created using your Seneca student email, which will allow you to access your digital credential for up to one year following the completion of your Seneca program. To ensure continued access, configure a personal email address and password to access your MyCreds in the future.

    Steps to configure a personal email address to your MyCreds account:

    1. In the drop-down menu, select “Profile settings.”
    2. Select “Link Another Email” and enter your personal email address.
    3. You will receive a verification email to that email address. Make sure you confirm your email at that time to complete the process.
