If you are receiving OSAP and have not successfully completed your required course load, you must:

  1. Download the Academic Progress Letter form (PDF).
  2. Complete the form electronically using the boxes provided.
  3. Upload the form directly to your OSAP account. If you cannot upload it to your OSAP account, please submit the form to theservicehub@senecapolytechnic.ca using a valid Seneca email account.
