Graduation Application | Forms | Seneca Students

To apply to graduate, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to Student Home
2. Select "Academic Records.”
3. Select "Graduation Related.”
4. Go to “Graduation Application.”

If you are currently completing your final program requirements, please ensure you that your name and mailing address are displayed correctly. If the name you want to appear on your credential is different from the name on your student account, or if your address needs to be updated you can make updates via Student Home.

• Address Changes

Your graduation status can be monitored in Student Home. You are not required to complete a graduation application if your status is one of the following, as your record is already under review for graduation eligibility:

• Expected/applied to graduate
• Pending program completion
• Complete
