Official Seneca Polytechnic documentation, such as transcripts and diplomas, use your full legal name as shown in Student Home.    

Along with the spelling of your name, please verify that capitalization, spacing and punctuation are also correct.  

To update your information, you must:    

1. Log into Student Home.     

2. Select the Profile tile and then Add Name. 

3. Select the Name Type you would like to change.  

4. Input your name details.  

5. Upload supporting documentation.  

6. Save.
