This form is for recent graduates and students currently in their final term who want to apply to a new program at Seneca.

If you are a recent graduate or a student in your final term and want to apply to a new program at Seneca:

1. Download the Graduating Students and Recent Seneca Graduates form (PDF).
2. Complete the form electronically using the boxes provided.
3. Email the completed form to theservicehub@senecapolytechnic.ca using a valid Seneca email account.
