New Program Application | Forms | Seneca Students

This form is for current Seneca students who want to apply for a new program at Seneca.

To submit your request:

1. Log into Student Home.
2. Select the Applicant Center tile.
3. Select Program Change Request
4. Select "New Program" from the drop-down menu, then click the “Add Program” button.
5. Select the term, program and campus, then click the “Done” button.
6. Click the “Submit” button to complete the diploma to degree request

The status will be updated to “Pending Approval”.

After the request is approved, the status will be updated to “Approved”.    All approved requests will be reviewed by Admissions to ensure the student is qualified before an offer of admission is issued.

This form is for Seneca graduates or if you do not have access to your Student Home:

1. Download the New Program Application (PDF).
2. Complete the form electronically using the boxes provided.
3. Email the completed form to theservicehub@senecapolytechnic.ca using a valid Seneca email account.
