Transfer Program Request | Forms | Seneca Students

If you want to transfer into the first semester of a program or if you are a full-time student and you want to transfer programs, you must:

1. Download the Transfer Program Request form (PDF).
2. Complete the form electronically using the boxes provided.
3. Submit the completed form to theservicehub@senecapolytechnic.ca using a valid Seneca email account.
