Withdraw Form: Part-time Studies

To withdraw from part-time (continuing education) classes, you must:

  1. Go to the Withdrawal Form: Part Time Studies and login to The Service Hub.
  2. Complete the form electronically using the boxes provided.
  3. Review your information prior to submitting the form.
  4. Submit the completed form.
