Only complete a transfer credit appeal form if you wish to appeal a denied transfer credit decision.

To appeal a transfer credit decision, you must:

1. Download the Transfer Credit Appeal form (PDF).
2. Complete the form electronically using the boxes provided.
3. Provide a copy of the course outline.
4. Include a detailed letter outlining the reason and clear explanation for the requested review.
5. Attach new or additional supporting documentation to assist the program of study when reviewing your request.
6. Submit the completed form and documents to theservicehub@senecapolytechnic.ca within 30 days of the original decision using a valid Seneca email account.
