Diploma to Seneca Degree - Pathways Transfer Form

Current Seneca students who wish to transfer to a Seneca Degree program, can do so through Student Home.

To submit your request:

  1. Log into Student Home.
  2. Select the Applicant Center tile.
  3. Select Program Change Request
  4. Select "Diploma to Degree" from the drop-down menu, then click the “Add Program” button.
  5. Select the term, program and campus, then click the “Done” button.
  6. Click the “Submit” button to complete the diploma to degree request

The status will be updated to “Pending Approval”.

After the request is approved, the status will be updated to “Approved”. All approved requests will be reviewed by Admissions to ensure the student is qualified before an offer of admission is issued.

If you have graduated from Seneca and do not have access to your Student Home:

  1. Download the Diploma to Seneca Degree - Pathways Transfer form (PDF).
  2. Complete the form electronically using the boxes provided.
  3. Email your completed form to theservicehub@senecapolytechnic.ca using a valid Seneca email account.

If you are a graduate from another college or if you wish to start in semester 1 of a degree program, apply through ontariocolleges.ca. This will allow for the transmission for both your application and your college transcripts.
