Diploma to Seneca Degree - Pathways Transfer Form | Forms | Seneca Students

If you are a current Seneca student or have graduated from Seneca within the last year and wish to transfer to a Seneca Degree program:  

1. Download the Diploma to Seneca Degree - Pathways Transfer form (PDF).
2. Complete the form electronically using the boxes provided.
3. Email your completed form to theservicehub@senecapolytechnic.ca using a valid Seneca email account.

If you are a graduate from another college or if you wish to start in semester 1 of a degree program, apply through ontariocolleges.ca. This will allow for the transmission for both your application and your college transcripts.
