Request for Extension of 2025-2026 Full-time OSAP Application | Forms | Seneca Students

If you are enrolled in the Fall and Winter terms, and wish to extend your OSAP to the Summer term:

1. Download the Request for Extension of 2025-2026 Full-time OSAP Application: Fall and Winter, to Summer form (PDF).
2. Complete the form electronically using the boxes provided.
3. Upload the completed form to your OSAP account or email it to theservicehub@senecapolytechnic.ca using a valid Seneca email account.

If you are enrolled in the one term only (Fall OR Winter), and wish to extend your OSAP study period for an additional term:

1. Download the Request for Extension of 2025-2026 Full-time OSAP Application: Fall to Winter or Winter to Summer form (PDF).
2. Complete the form electronically using the boxes provided.
3. Upload the completed form to your OSAP account or email it to theservicehub@senecapolytechnic.ca using a valid Seneca email account.
