Seneca expects all drivers who drive on College premises to drive their vehicles on the designated roadways only, to obey all posted signs, to respect College property and do everything in their power not to cause injury/damage to our people, property or equipment.
Vehicles that are in violation of Seneca’s parking and traffic regulations may be issued a Notice of Trespass and may be subject to the following actions:
Seneca reserves the right to move or impound any abandoned vehicle or any vehicle which is found parked in an unauthorized area (fire route, bus route, on hash marks, etc.). Any Seneca parking privileges or permit issued with respect to such cars may be cancelled.
Vehicles will receive one warning ticket for parking at Newnham Campus without a parking plan or pass. Upon repeated offence, a City of Toronto parking ticket will be issued.
Parking fines are based on municipal parking infraction rates
"Parking Infraction Notices" are issued by the municipality and appeals must follow the process identified on the back of the ticket issued.
If you have received a traffic violation notice, this fine has been issued by Seneca College.
Tickets must be paid prior to an appeal being considered. If you would like to appeal your traffic violation, have five business days in which to submit your appeal by logging into parking web app.
