About Us

Aaninn! Tansi, Kwe’! She; Kon!, Atelihai! and Biindigen!

Welcome to Odeyto, home of the First Peoples at Seneca Polytechnic. The First Peoples team is eager for Indigenous students from across Turtle Island to learn more about who we are and what services we provide.

Odeyto is a home away from home, with walls lined with medicines and filled with laughter and an authentic sense of community. Soup, stew or a bite to eat is always available. We welcome you to get in touch, come in and share your story with us.

If students are looking to connect with culture and community, need help or guidance, feel unmotivated or are missing home and/or community, come by Odeyto!  We are your native community at Seneca, and Odeyto is your home away from home. Stop by and say "hello!" You don’t need to have a problem to visit or to reach out to the team.  We are here to make your educational journey not only a good one, but also a culturally safe one that you can be proud of.
