Multi-Factor Authentication expanding to all Seneca single sign-on (SSO) applications

As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen security and protect our environment, we will be enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all Seneca single sign-on (SSO) applications on June 2nd 2026. This is already in place for many applications such as Microsoft 365, mySeneca and Blackboard.

Some affected applications include:

  • Zoom
  • MyApps
  • Adobe Creative Cloud

MFA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a second form of verification in addition to your password. This helps reduce the risk of unauthorized access, especially from phishing or compromised credentials.

Please reach out to servicedesk@senecapolytechnic.ca if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our systems secure.
