    I receive an error that my "Information could not be validated or user already exists." What can I do?

    There are a few reasons this may occur:

      • Incorrect information was entered – contact the Registrar's Office to verify your records.
      • You are an active student – log in to Student Home instead.
      • Your account is already linked to another personal e-mail – contact the Registrar’s Office for help.
