Why am I unable to receive some emails?
Your emails maybe blocked by Microsoft Defender (Quarantined Emails) or Outlook.
Method 1 - Log into Microsoft Defender with your Seneca credentials. From here, you can review quarantined emails and release them.
Method 2 - You can also cross-check Blocked Senders in Outlook Web. Please click Junk Email from the menu to review lists of Blocked senders and domains.
