Configuring other email clients

For email client software that cannot connect to an Exchange or Office 365 server, please connect via the IMAP protocol with the following settings:

IMAP server

Server name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL

SMTP server

Server name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: TLS
