Autodesk | Software | Seneca Students

Autodesk provides open access to more than 100 products – available to students, educators, and institutions globally. As a Seneca student, you can use AutoCAD on your personal device with a 1-year Educational license.

To get your AutoCAD license:

1. Go to Autodesk to create an account using your Seneca email address
2. After the account is created, go to AutoCAD
3. Log in (if prompted) and complete your profile with your student information
4. Autodesk will ask for verification document (transcript, student card, etc.)
5. Upload the document and once validated Autodesk will send a verification email
6. Log in to AutoCAD
7. Choose the product operating system, version and language
8. Click Install Now
9. Once installed the license key will be sent to your Seneca email address
10. Activate the software at first launch
