    When your instructor sends an email from Blackboard the email address is do-not-reply@blackboard.com. If you have this email blocked, you will not be able receive emails sent by your instructor from Blackboard. For instructions on how to remove blocked emails. 

    Unblocking the email address:

    1. Log into myseneca.ca with your Seneca username and password
    2. Select Settings > View all Outlook settings.
    3. Select Mail > Junk email.

    4. Select the address do-not-reply@blackboard.com and any other domains such as @blackboard.com, @senecacollege.ca and @myseneca.ca are removed from the Blocked list.
    5. You can also check if there are any Rules being applied to your account that stops you from receiving emails. To confirm, select the address do-not-reply@blackboard.com and any other domains such as @blackboard.com, @senecacollege.ca and @myseneca.ca are removed from the Rules list.

    Releasing emails from Quarantine

    1. Go to https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine and log in with your Seneca credentials
    2. Click Email and collaboration
    3. Click Review
    4. Click Quarantine
    5. Review quarantined emails from  do-not-reply@blackboard.com and release them
