Monique has over 15 years of hospitality experience spanning from Sales, Marketing, Catering, Rooms Division, Food and Beverage, Guest Experience and overall Operations. With an extensive leadership role she has been an integral part in establishing Sheraton and Best Western Parkway Hotels as some of the leading hotels in the Greater Toronto Area. Her dynamic and diverse experience brings to Seneca hands on industry knowledge which is paramount for the success of the future workforce in all sectors of hospitality. Monique has been awarded the prestigious “Outstanding Leadership Award” from International Women’s Association and has an inherent passion to mentor young professionals’ transition into leadership roles.
