Paul received his doctorate degree in business administration from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and master degree in applied psychology from City University of Hong Kong. His research interest is in applying person-environment fit model to improve staff performance in hospitality industry.
He has over 20 years of experience in teaching hospitality management and 15 years of program development in hospitality management.
He is a certified hospitality educator, certified neuro-linguistic programming trainer, registered hypnotherapist, member of Institute of Hospitality and British Psychological Society. In addition to teaching, Paul also conducted consultancy projects for the hospitality industry.
