Marjan K. | Hospitality | Seneca Students

I am a professor in the School of Hospitality and Tourism with over 20 years of global experience in the hospitality, tourism, and travel sector. I love to travel and learn about different cultures, and my hospitality field has provided me with the opportunity to explore over 30 different countries.

Prior to working for Seneca, I worked in 5* Hotels & Resorts in Greece to the Red Sea coast in Egypt. From these experiences, I transitioned to partake in various management roles within the Marriott Hotel Chain across the U.S.A. moved to Toronto, Canada in 2014 where I became involved with the largest non-profit organization in Ontario that supports the hospitality industry (ORHMA).

What I enjoy most about working for Seneca is being able to connect my years of experience into my teaching. I value the connections I build with students, knowing that they are the next leaders of our global community.
