I am Demetrios Koumarelas, and I have been a member of the HTM teaching team from the very first year of our program.  I designed and currently teach the math and financial courses.  I have been involved in restaurants my entire life, and currently still have an ownership stake in one.  When I’m not teaching, or in the restaurant, or spending time with my family, I can probably be found on a golf course somewhere.
