Frenz and Julia are in the Hospitality Management-Hotel & Restaurant Diploma (HTM) gaining industry experience at a restaurant in Toronto. They shared this snapshot with us to show how they are loving their work experience through the Externship program.

When they were asked, "What is the secret to achieving career satisfaction and success?" they responded:
