Locker lottery for the Fall 2024 Term | Get involved with Student Life

Lockers for the Fall 2024 Term are assigned based on a random lottery system for full-time Seneca Polytechnic students. Lockers for the Fall Term are available for one or two semesters. If your program runs in both fall and winter terms, you should apply for both terms to ensure you have a locker for the academic year.

Applications open: Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. 
Applications close: Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. 

If you have been selected to rent a locker, a confirmation email will be sent to your Seneca email account on Monday, Sept. 9 at 11:00 a.m. with instructions on how to confirm your locker and payment options. 

You can access the lottery application by logging into https://apps.senecapolytechnic.ca/locker/ on Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2024*. 

 
Prices for locker rentals for Fall 2024 Term are:

*Please note: Students in the School of Fashion and School of Creative Arts and Animation have a separate locker application process.Lockers are assigned through your program area. An email with information, including a locker request form, will be sent directly to your Seneca email. You are not required to enter the locker lottery.

All Students

For those who receive an email confirming your locker for the Fall 2024 Term, a link will be provided for you to pay for the locker. You can pay online via credit card or Visa/Mastercard debit card.

 
You must pay by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2024 or the locker will be released.
