Locker rentals for the Winter 2026 Term

Lockers for the Winter 2026 Term are assigned based on a random lottery system for full-time Seneca Polytechnic students. Lockers for the winter term are available for one semester. 

Applications open: Sunday, Jan. 4, 2026 at 9 a.m.
Applications close: Sunday, Jan. 11, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. 
 
If you have been selected to rent a locker, a confirmation email will be sent to your Seneca email account on Monday, Jan. 12 at 11 a.m. with instructions on how to confirm your locker and payment options. 
 
You can access the lottery application by logging into https://apps.senecapolytechnic.ca/locker/ on Sunday, Jan. 4.

For those who receive an email confirming your locker for the Winter 2026 Term, a link will be provided for you to pay for the locker. You can pay online via credit card or Visa/Mastercard debit card. You must pay by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, January 16, 2026, or the locker will be released.
