Finlayson Hospitality Partners (FHPI) is a franchisee for McDonald’s Restaurant of Canada.

Finlayson Hospitality Partners is owned by Marcia who started her McDonald's career in 1976 as a Crew person while attending secondary school and continued with McDonald's in the London, Ontario market upon graduation from the University of Western Ontario. For over 25 years, Marcia worked corporately in many areas of the company including marketing, public relations, supply chain, and strategic alignment.

In 2008 Marcia realized her long-term goal of becoming a McDonald’s Owner/Operator starting with 3 locations in Markham, Ontario. Since 2008 Finlayson Hospitality Partners has grown to 7 locations operating in Markham, Richmond Hill, and Stouffville with over 400 team members.
