Odyssey, part of the suite of Official Languages Programs (OLP-PLO), is a nine-month program that engages ESL (English as a second language), FSL (French as a second language), and FFL (French as a first language) language assistants in classrooms across the country. York Region Educational Services (YRES) is a non-profit charity helping people of all ages access learning that's meaningful and affordable. Based in York Region, they offer programs in language, S.T.E.A.M. (like LEGO robotics), and personal development for both youth and seniors. Their March Break, Weekend, and Summer Camps make learning fun for kids aged 5-12. Through their Youth Volunteer Success Program, YRES connects young people with volunteer experiences and workshops that build real-world skills.
