By April 1st, you will receive an email notifying you that you have been granted access to Synergy and the Seneca Works Career Portal.

WSIB Coverage Student Declaration Form

All LIT students going on field placement must complete the Insurance Declaration Form once the placement host has been identified and must be submitted prior to the start of the placement. 

Once you host has been identified, please download the attachment on this site and sign the document. This document must be uploaded on Seneca Works Portal - Experiential Learning - Step 4
