Field Placement Dates

There are two field placement periods in a year: 

Winter/Spring: Monday, April 20 - Friday, June 12, 2026 
Summer: Monday, August 17 - Friday, October 9, 2026 

Field Placement Coordinator and Field Placement Assistant can be reached out to for the following documents below:

• Field Placement Host Package
• Host Questionnaire
• Insurance Declaration Form

Please contact the Field Placement Coordinator, Andrea Waltman should you wish to participate in one or both placement periods, or if you wish to discuss alternate arrangements. We require that a host questionnaire be completed in order to participate.
