The Service Hub offers drop-in advisement with specialists at each of our four main campuses to help answer your questions and provide support. 

Update: To enhance the student experience, all academic programs and services currently offered at Markham Campus - Seneca International Academy will be moved as of the Winter 2025 Term.  

Career Peer Services

Need help with writing your resumé? Career strategists offer one-on-one guidance on how to format, stylize, and tailor your resumé for a particular job. If you're interested, Career Peer Services are available Monday to Friday at the following times: 

• Newnham campus: The Service Hub: 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Seneca@York campus: The Service Hub: 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• King campus: The Service Hub: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Markham/SIA campus: The Service Hub: 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Immigration Advisement

Connect with an immigration specialist at The Service Hub to ask questions about the temporary resident documents that are required to study at Seneca Polytechnic including, but not limited to: study permits, visas, work permits and/or Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) eligibility. Recruitment Support for Canadian Applicants

Have questions about Seneca’s programs? The Seneca Recruitment team is available for drop-in advising at our Newnham campus Service Hub. Visit us between Monday and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to get the support you need, or book an appointment to meet with an adviser. To better suit your needs, appointments are offered both online and in person.

Recruitment Support for International Applicants

Interested in studying at Seneca as an international student? The Seneca International team will be available for multilingual in-person support including pre-admissions information and application assistance at our Newnham campus Service Hub between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

International Student Support (Housing Support, Health Insurance and Settlement)

At Seneca, we are here to support you as you make the transition to study and live in Canada. If you need assistance with housing, health insurance or settlement support, visit The Service Hub at your campus at the following times:

• Newnham campus: Mondays from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Markham/SIA campus: Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
