Martha Newbigging — Producer and Art Director | Reciprocity Mural | Seneca Students

Martha Newbigging is a visual and media artist working in practices of illustration, comics and animation to explore issues of queerness, affect, trauma, and memory. They have illustrated over a dozen children’s books and their animated films have screened internationally. Martha has contributed to the Journal of Illustration (UK), Nat Brut (US) and Conundrum (Canada). 

Martha teaches in the Illustration diploma program and is Program Co-ordinator or Art Fundamentals certificate program at Seneca.
