Meet our Keynote Speaker 

Eva Musso is BASF Canada's Head of Sustainability and Government Relations and BASF's Canadian Leadership Team member. In her role, Eva Musso is responsible for designing and executing BASF's sustainability and innovation strategy to help BASF achieve their ambitious targets and lead BASF's Indigenous Relations Strategy to strengthen BASF's relationship with Indigenous communities in Canada and drive DEI within the industry.

She is also responsible for implementing BASF Canada's long-term government relations strategy for legislative and regulatory topics, advocates for BASF's business interest at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels, and serves as BASF Canada's representative at multi-stakeholder sustainability and advocacy-oriented technical groups, committees, and consortiums and drives key business partnerships with local partners, associations, customers and other public and private stakeholders. 

As a keynote speaker for Seneca's Centre for Innovation in Life Sciences (SCILS) Research Symposium, Eva will discuss BASF's Indigenous Beauty Bootcamp and the role local partners, like Seneca Polytechnic, played in supporting the program. She will also discuss BASF's vision for driving sustainability in the industry and her thoughts about the role that innovation plays in the personal care sector.
