Locker rentals for the Summer 2026 Term

Lockers for the Summer 2026 Term are assigned based on a random system for full-time Seneca Polytechnic students. Lockers for the summer term are available for one semester. 

Applications open: Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 9 a.m.
Applications close: Sunday, May 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. 

You can access the application by logging into https://apps.senecapolytechnic.ca/locker/ on Sunday, May 3.

*Please note: Students in the School of Fashion and School of Creative Arts and Animation have a separate locker application process. You do not need to enter the general draw but will apply through your school. Your program coordinator will send you the application form.

If you have been selected to rent a locker, a confirmation email will be sent to your Seneca email account on Monday, May 11 at 11 a.m. with instructions on how to confirm your locker and payment options. 
 
For those who receive an email confirming your locker for the Summer 2026 Term, a link will be provided for you to pay for the locker. You can pay online via credit card or Visa/Mastercard debit card. You must pay by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, May 17, 2026, or the locker will be released.
