Social Insurance Clinics
To legally work in Canada, you need a nine-digit Social Insurance Number (SIN) issued by Service Canada.
At the beginning of each term, Seneca Polytechnic invites Service Canada to come to campus to issue a SIN on the spot.
Bring original and valid documents listed below to your appointment:
Visit the Government of Canada website to view a list of acceptable documents.
To guarantee an appointment time, International Students must register for a specific time slot.
Alumo Virtual Session
Join this virtual session to learn more about Alumo, your health insurance provider. It will cover details about your benefits and coverage and explain how to submit a claim. Learn how to access mental health support as an international student. You also have access to crisis support in the language of your choice through WeConnect.
You will also have an opportunity to get your questions answered by a Alumo representative.
